Role & Responsibilities

- Develop tailored advertising strategies specifically designed for Meta platforms to drive Impressions, Views, engagement, performance and ROI.

- Manage end-to-end advertising campaigns across various Meta platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger.

- Continuously optimize campaign performance metrics including ROI, conversion rates, views thru, Click thru and engagement rates.

- Stay abreast of evolving platform features and updates to adapt strategies for maximum effectiveness in social commerce advertising.

- Perform in-depth audience research and employ advanced targeting options to engage specific segments with higher conversion potential.


- Work closely with creative team to craft captivating ad visuals that resonate with the target audience and drive desired actions.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors& strategies to identify fresh opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in social commerce advertising.

- Deliver regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, showcasing achievements and suggesting areas for enhancement.

- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing, business, and product development to ensure cohesive efforts and amplify campaign effectiveness.

- Innovate by experimenting with new ad formats, strategies, and features provided by Meta platforms to continually optimize campaign outcomes.

Ideal Candidate

- Strong Social Media Ad-Marketing Specialist Profile

- 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

Mandatory experience- Must have 3+ YOE in running Digital Marketing / Advertising Campaigns on different Social Media Channels Specialist

Mandatory experience- Must have experience about advertising strategies specifically for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc) to drive Impressions, Views, Engagement, performance, and ROI.

Mandatory experience - Strong Experience in Data Analytics from Facebook Analytics and other tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

Mandatory Core Skill - Managing end-to-end advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger, 0ptimizing metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, views thru, Click thru, and engagement rates.

- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns o Meta platforms, including ad creation, targeting, monitoring, and optimization.

- Experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns.

- Data-driven and proven ability to analyze data for insights through Facebook Analytics and other Third-Party Apps (Google Analytics).

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
