Social Matters - Analyst - Social Media (1-4 yrs)
We are looking for a Social Media Analyst to administer the social media accounts of our clientele. You will be responsible for managing posts, video content, articles, etc., and responding to followers & Online Reputation Management (ORM).
- As a Social Media Analyst, you should be informed of the latest social media trends and digital technologies.
- Also, you will manage our clients- accounts to enhance engagement, followers- reach, by implementing new strategies to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions, to achieve the promised marketing goals before the set deadlines.
- Ultimately, you should be able to plan social media strategies effectively and manage the clients- social media presence, ensuring high web traffic levels and customer engagement.
Skills Required :
- Ability to collaborate with other teams for brand engagement, creativity, design, and technology to ensure brand consistency.
- Creative thinking skills to plan social media strategies that bring in customer engagement.
- Excellent written skills and verbal communication skills.
- Have knowledge of social media tools and MS Office.
