Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Upselling and cross selling new campaigns to existing clients.
2. Developing business driving & communication strategies and assisting clients with future campaign planning.
3. Assessing business's category and exploring expansion potentials.
4. Directing client complaints or complex queries to relevant departments in a timely manner.
5. Managing day to day work on each account, meet the clients on weekly basis.
6. Farming CSAT, maintaining the relationship with all accounts, closely working with Strategy team for ideation of each campaign.
7. Paid media marketing knowledge - META Ads and Facebook ads extensive works in the past.
An ideal candidate should have :
1. 2-5 years of relevant experience in client success.
2. Experience in live or social commerce is a plus.
3. In depth knowledge in campaign planning and execution.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
