Sobha - Brand Manager (12-19 yrs)
Roles & responsibilities:
- Developing Brand strategy, including the brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
- Assisting with product development and new launches as well as developing new business opportunities
- Creating and managing promotional / marketing activities calendar in line with the company's policy & guidelines
- Managing the budget for the allocated portfolio - ensuring RoI maximization
- Competitor and customer insights analysis
- Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to enable seamless functioning
Qualifications & skills:
- An MBA in marketing and over 10 years of experience in managing luxury brands / portfolio
- Complete understanding of marketing dynamics of luxury products
- Excellent analytical skills and should have instinctive feelings about future concepts of the product
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Critical thinker with good time & team management skills
