SOAL - Admissions/Growth Counselor - Sales (1-10 yrs)

- A data-driven, result oriented salesperson to be a flagbearer for the brand. Responsible for lead outreach, customer counselling, and the funnel conversions and closures, the candidate should have a stronghold on their communication skills along with a proven sales experience.

About You :

- You're an orator, story-teller and salesperson who can weave webs of conversation and have spent the past couple of years understand consumer psychology and user behaviour for the purpose of customer acquisition. You like to listen to an individual's concerns, empathise and rationally provide solutions that would add value to both the consumer as well as the organisaiton. Additionally, you have an inclination towards learning, design, and education, and take a technology first approach to computational problem-solving. The prospect of using your skills and tools to inform, educate and inspire masses to become better learners and students of technology is what you are looking for.

Scope of Work :

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

- Counselling prospective students for the School via various different media

- Constant interaction with all leads and prospective students via inbound and outbound calls, chat, emails, in-person visits, social media amongst other forms of communication

- Outreach and follow-up calls to ensure application, interview scheduling and attendance, and payment closures

- Working and updating the CRM with the details of the interaction

- Databasing the lead information on the CRM

- Enabling seamless transition for the lead from inception to the closure

- Constantly optimising for closures of leads

- Providing insights to the marketing team on the quality of inbound leads, targeting and segmentation

- Building a long lasting relationship with the prospective students to create a higher LTV

- Working closely with the marketing and academic teams to provide feedback on their interaction with the prospective students

Qualifications and Character traits :

- 1-3 years of sales and/or sales counselling experience

- Superior verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and topics clearly, thoroughly, and succinctly

- A track record of meeting and exceeding targets

- An empathetic and patient approach towards situations, and problems

- Experience and inclination towards research-based work

- Exceptional attention to detail, time-management, and organizational skills

- Self-starter, ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously; thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic - environment, exceptional work ethic, team player

- Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Hubspot/Salesforce amongst others

Additional Preferred Qualifications :

- Ideal candidates will add some of the following:

- Storyboarding and storytelling expertise

- A computer science graduate

- A curious interest in technology and its future

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Wordpress, and Mailchimp

- Interested in understanding and researching on new age learning methodologies and their applications

Probation Period :

- 2 months probation period

- CTC of INR 15,000/- per month + Variable Incentives of INR 45,000/- in probation period incentives can be upto 700% of fixed salary
