Responsibilities :
1. Build distribution for the business.
2. Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in the relationships managed for business development.
3. interacting with customers at brand outlets
4. Distribution management:
5. Ensure proper distribution coverage
6. Manage channel relationships.
7. Drive sales numbers & retailer payment recon.
8. Work with partners on Sales promotion ideas and execution to drive sales.
9. Ensure process rigour and controllership.
Experience & Qualification Required :
1. Should be a Graduate or an MBA with 0.6-1 years of experience
2. Experience with Distribution handling roles in Consumer Durables and Digital are preferred.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Should be high on energy & a self starter
5. Should have a passion for being out on the field and meeting Retailers.
Location : Bengaluru (on-site)
Working Days : 6 Days
Working Hours : 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm
