Snapdeal - Manager - Merchandising (7-12 yrs)
Job Objective: Manager all consumer facing merchandising activities for respective business to improve conversion by working with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Creation of category merchandising plans and implementation of the same in line with BU strategy and medium/short-term objectives
- Monitor and measure results from campaigns, deals and promotion activities
- Work cross-functionally with BU teams, creative team, marketing etc. to ensure the visibility of respective business is optimized and leading to higher conversion/units
- Track and measure ROI and analyse impact
- Manage merchandising operations through different panels to create timely error-free campaign pages
Functional :
1) Daily analysis of campaigns and decimation of meaningful & specific learning to the team
2) Closely work with specific BU for new assortment, pricing, deals etc. and plan visibility across platforms with some expectation of unit sale and NM
3) Regularly update the team on business outcomes, numbers, performance, to do list etc
4) Know all the operational tasks thoroughly - create NMP, update NMP, update of left nav, CSF, dashboards etc.
5) Take initiatives to grow business and improve merchandising on regular basis while working directly with the other Central Merchandising Managers and the creative team
6) QC and ensure 100% correctness and maintain hygiene of all product/category deals and the properties you own
7) Lead special projects end to end - like FB paid campaign, MID tracking and more and work with all stakeholders. Remember to regular decimate information to your peers in merchandise team as well as your team members
Skills & Education:
- Ability to work with and influence stakeholders and customers
- Data Analysis and insight mining
- Identify and manager common day to day problems within own area of work
- Graduate/MBA in any stream
