Job Summary :

- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Agency Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our digital marketing services to businesses and individuals. Your primary goal will be to generate new business opportunities, nurture leads, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities :

Prospect and generate leads :

- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.

- Conduct research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitors' strategies.

Build and maintain client relationships :

- Engage with potential clients to understand their marketing goals and challenges.

- Provide personalized solutions and present our digital marketing services effectively.

- Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and deliver persuasive sales presentations.

Develop and execute sales strategies :

- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Continuously explore new business opportunities and expand the client base.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.

Negotiate and close deals :

- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.

- Negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

- Follow through the sales process to ensure a smooth transition from contract signing to service delivery.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends :

- Continuously update your knowledge of digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.

- Attend industry conferences, webinars, and workshops to enhance your expertise.

- Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on industry developments.

Requirements :

- Proven work experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.

- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and channels.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals successfully.

- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools for lead management and reporting.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
