About the Role:

The Sales Lead will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, driving business growth, and managing client relationships. This leadership role involves formulating strategies, leading the sales team, and closing high-value deals to expand the client base globally.

What You'll Do:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.

- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.

- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.

- Provide regular sales reports and analyze market trends for future opportunities.

Your Background:

- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT or software industry.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
