SNAD Developers - Manager - Direct Sales (4-10 yrs)
About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Direct Sales Manager with 4 to 7 years of experience in IT/software sales. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, building relationships, and driving revenue growth through direct selling strategies.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales efforts.
- Conduct prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation to build a strong pipeline.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
- Deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to align sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
Skills & Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in IT/software.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and consultative selling approaches.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close high-value deals.
- Experience working with sales automation tools and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
