1. Making outbound calls to prospective clients for lead generation.
2. Making follow up calls for the customers who were missed because of Non Availability.
3. Identify the right customer from the communication and pass on the correct lead to the correct sales person
4. Reporting to the sales manager for performance
5. Transferring correct calls to the respective sales people as per territory, segment or products.
6. Crystal clear and lucid communication with customers.
7. Proficiency and command in English, Hindi, Marathi or Gujarati
8. Minimum 1 to 2 years of hard core out bound telesales / tele marketing experience
9. Industrial background preferred
Ability to grasp complex products and their communication.
