Assistant Manager-Client Servicing.
Job Description:
- Candidate Have to recruit Sales team/ ISA Channel and get business through them.
- Responsible for team recruitment, training, skill development, hand holding and ensuring high retention of team.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- To generate leads along with assigned team & Identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales
process.
- To manage time and work flow and create effective client meeting plans.
- To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on daily basis.
- To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
- Record performance metrics and monitoring key parameters to increase the overall productivity of the sales personnel/Channel.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly Sales Target/business plan.
- Collecting market feedback and provide periodic updates to the management for formulation of policy & strategy.
