SMDevOps - Executive - Lead Generation/Business Development (2-3 yrs)
Profile : Lead generation Executive / Business Development Executive
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Lead Generation / Client Acquisition.
- Experience in selling Services / IT Services / Managed Services is mandatory.
- Experience and ability to engage prospects through calls, email & LinkedIn outreach.
- Must have excellent US Cold calling, lead generation and appointment setting skills
- Experience in initiating primary contact with C-levels, Directors and Managers.
- Strong follow-up skills on leads and referrals (persistence is paramount!) until closure.
- Excellent communication skills; the ability to call, connect & interact with prospects.
- Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities through insightful research.
- Self-Starter, Self-motivated and team player with ability to manage & motivate team.

What You Will Do:
- Knowledge about lead generation through linkedin Sales Navigator, Upwork, workguru.
- Reaching out to prospects (Director, VPs, Owners, Managers and C-Level) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn etc
- Interact with potential customers.
- Lead Nurturing: Consistent email follow-up with prospects until they schedule an appointment
- Setting virtual meetings.
- Follow-ups till closure.
- Update and meticulously maintain CRM database.
