Key Responsibilities:
1. Reach out to leads via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce the company's products or services
2. Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions to meet those needs
3. Follow up with potential customers to close sales and address any inquiries
4. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information
5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
6. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and goals
7. Provide feedback to the team to improve the overall sales process
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent)
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Self-motivated and results-oriented
4. Good organizational and time management skills
5. Basic understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is a plus
