- Responsible For Achieving Sales Target and Monthly Benchmarks Set by Supervisors.
- Maintaining Call Quality (Quality Score Should Be Greater Than 80%).
- Updating CRM Within Prescribed TAT.
- Keep Abreast of Cross Sell Products (Insurance/ MF).
- Generating Leads through Cold Calling & References.
