Role & responsibilities

1. Strong hold in Online Marketing to generate quality traffic and leads using Organic methods like SEO, Link Building, SMM, Email Marketing, Content Marketing and Paid methods like PPC Paid Ads, Blogger Out Reach, Affiliate Marketing ...etc.

2. Handle leads & prospects (sales) and be able to do technical discussion over call (Skype, Mobile, Google Meet etc.) and in writing (Email, chat) and onboard them on the platform and convert them into paying customers.

3. Research and Analysis (SEO Audit, Keyword Research, Site Audit ...etc.)

4. Create, Update, Manage Helpdesk customer support articles (Knowledge Base).

5. Create and manage self-help tours of various features for customer easy on board (via Intercom)

6. Convert leads on Email, Call, Skype, FB Messenger, Intercom etc.

7. Proactively reach out to new or potential customers as Account Manager and help them in onboarding and customer success.

8. Pre-Sale support, post sale support.

9. Help customers with services, pricing, quote, technical ...etc things.

10. Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the Company plans.

11. Win new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets.

12. Generate high quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts.

13. Develop new business relationships with top advertising, App development, Web Development and marketing agencies.

14. Write compelling business proposals.

15. Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales.

16. Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion.

17. Attend appropriate events and conferences, acting as the perfect agency ambassador while networking.

18. Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge on all things.

19. Work with our leadership team to drive strategic planning and prioritization.

20. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive flawless execution of global initiatives, including the definition and rollout of our international plan.

21. Own the end-to-end process: build work plans, synthesize relevant data, lead analyses and develop recommendations.

22. Arm our go-to-market teams with a deep knowledge of the competition.

23. Communicate solutions confidently and effectively across front.

24. Build a consultative relationship across the organization, and meet with strategic partners that align with our highest priorities.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Device OS: Windows, Android, iOS

Client Communication: Skype, Zoho Mail, G Mail

Task Management: Asana, Click Up

Team Communication: Slack, Microsoft Teams

Team Meeting: G Meet, Skype

Preferred candidate profile

1. Have a proven track record of selling digital services to leading brands and corporate organizations.

2. Have a strong network of contacts which you will use to develop new business opportunities and to establish business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies.

3. Have a great understanding of SEO, ASO, SMM, Email Marketing and how they can benefit clients.

4. Be experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion.

5. Have a minimum of 1 years of experience in winning new business for agencies in the digital sector and dealing with high profile clients.

6. Have great proposal writing, speaking, presentation and pitching skills.

7. Be a motivated and focused individual with great organizational and interpersonal skills.

8. Have completed at least a Bachelor's Degree or MBA with digital marketing background.

9. Must be confident in handling foreign clients on call.

10. Proactively reach out to new or potential customers as account manager and help them in on boarding.

11. Pre-sale support, Post sale support.

12. Help customers with services, pricing, quote, technical etc.

13. 1 years of related work experience at a high-performing technology company or management consulting; enterprise experience strongly preferred.

14. Advanced analytical skills (including data modeling) and business insight.

15. Experience dealing with unstructured business issues and successfully leading teams to resolve these issues.

16. Ability to build clear and concise presentations, and communicate effectively with managers and executives.

17. Strong project management skills.
