Job Responsibilities :

1. Market Research and Analysis :


- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.


- Analyze competitors and stay informed about technological advancements.

2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management :


- Generate new business leads and build professional relationships with clients.


- Initiate professional and standard conversations with new clients.


- Understand the needs of clients to offer tailored solutions.

3. Sales Presentations and Product Knowledge :


- Deliver engaging sales presentations showcasing our self-adhesive labels, stickers, and tags.


- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and applications.

4. Understanding Needs of Clients :


- Actively listen and comprehend the unique needs of clients.


- Adapt communication and proposed solutions based on a deep understanding of client requirements.

5. Initiating Client Conversations :


- Proactively initiate professional and standard conversations with new clients.


- Establish rapport and gather relevant information to align solutions with client expectations.

6. Strategic Planning and Goal Setting :


- Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company goals.


- Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to overall company growth.

7. Reporting and Analysis :


- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.


- Analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
