We are building software to make business teams more smart, agile and productive. Our first product, SmartReach.io, helps business/growth teams automate email outreach and follow-ups, so they can spend more time on finding prospects, converting those, and hitting their quotas.

What you'll do in this role - Growth Marketing Specialist :
We are looking for talent with the right mix of compassion, and data analytical skills, to get the job done. You will be responsible for managing :
- All processes that improve relevant traffic and business revenue
- Acquiring new customers and turning them into loyal brand advocates
- Revive inactive subscribers
- Increase conversion and manage activities that generate healthy lead pipeline
- Improvements to product and optimise customer journey funnel based on data
- Ensure that our various marketing agencies are achieving their deliverables
- Creation of datasets and reports
- You must be a self-starter and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a highly dynamic environment. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing.
Where do we operate from and where are our customers based?
- We're a fully-remote team. Our customers are spread all over the globe with a majority in the United States, United Kingdom, India and Europe. Yes, you would get exposure marketing to a global audience.
- Stuff that will help you land an offer (In order of importance)
- Engaging conversationalist: enthusiastic and high energy, but also poised, confident, and extremely professional
- Knowledge of overall marketing tech, digital marketing, analytical and marketing tools is an added advantage
- At ease demonstrating product functionality; ability to provide a comprehensive overview of key business use cases
- Preferred but not mandatory: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience.
- Aged between 23 to 27 years
- Ideal profile would have at least 3+ years of experience in working in a growth team at a startup, marketing or analytics, and/or experience working for a SaaS product or experience in sales or email marketing automation industry.
- Understanding of various marketing and sales touch points
- Excellent content creator and problem-solver
