Based on the likes and tastes of the client, the vendors are handpicked and monitored with an effective cafeteria feedback system. The company aims at reducing the Food Fatigue which sets in after a certain period by rotating the vendors.
SmartQ further offers the digital cafeteria solution which transforms any conventional cafeteria into one that is completely digital and cashless. The customized 360-degree digital cafeteria solution includes multiple ordering channels like mobile application and automated billing kiosks with a plethora of payment options and value-added features like intelligent menu display, Token display, and advanced closed loop feedback system. SmartQ helps in improving consumers- experience by providing the convenience of ordering and also engaging the customers through the tech platform.
Specific job responsibilities include :
- Developing a solid and trustable relationship between major key clients and addressing their concerns
- Evolving a complete understanding of key account needs and anticipating changes and improvements
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and new initiatives to share with team members and stakeholders
- Formulate contingency and back up plans for critical aspects of operations
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management, expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
- Working closely with vendors to come up with Drive to the new initiatives with respect to menu mix, presentation, food programs, and vendor engagement
- Client satisfaction and retention of the client is the primary responsibility and any crisis situations to be handled diligently and diplomatically
- Generating Ad-hoc business and looking over PNL analysis
- Implementing the new tech-based software training and providing betterment of the solutions to vendors
Skills and Qualifications Required :
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and efficient time management
- Goal-oriented and organized team player
- Encouraging the team and staff; able to mentor and lead
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
- 2 to 3 years- previous work experience in key account management, or relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
