SMARTnCODE Technologies - Executive - Business Development (3-7 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Experience in Market Research/Lead Generation in global market for selling IT Managed Services and Software Development Services.
- Identify new potential customers as per defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and extensive market research & analysis and seize opportunities
- Lead generation by email marketing/cold calling/ LinkedIn or by other market campaigns and needs to build up the sales process
- Contact prospects to qualify leads
- Personalize communication to leads (initials, segment, nurture, track, follow ups etc.)
- Setting up call appointments meetings with the CXO Level/IT decision makers
- Should understand prospects technology needs and customize email pitch accordingly
- Must be aggressive, adaptive to market challenges and deliver sales targets
- Familiar with current market and technology trends added advantage
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services and promote them
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Building and maintaining a CRM database
- Ability to develop a good understanding of customer requirements and market dynamics
- Ability to drive customer engagement from prospecting to closure through own network
