Responsibilities :
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets of assigned area.
- Bring new partners on board and support successful lead conversion.
- Visit regularly and maintain good relationship with all franchisee partners.
- Providing ongoing training, motivation, and sales development of Franchisee Partner to ensure that sales and profits are effectively managed and maintained.
- Understand end consumer and business needs to up-sell the company's products at Franchisee retail outlet.
Requirements and skills :
- Minimum Educational qualification - graduate.
- Proven working experience of 6-8 years in telecom channel sales.
- Excellent Hindi/English communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Target and Result oriented approach.
- Ability to architect sales strategy.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of telecom market.
