Responsibilities
- Receiving incoming calls of Clients i.e. Partners and end customers.
- Addressing and resolving Franchise Partners queries and concerns, in a professional and courteous manner.
- Cold calling and ensuring lead conversion.
- Cross selling and promoting franchisee and stock to partners.
- Making regular calls for feedback, engaging and enhancing the Franchise and company partnership.
Requirements and skills :
- Educational qualification : Any Graduate
- Industry background : BPOs/Mobile handset
- Relevant Work Experience needed : 1-4 Years
- Candidate experienced in BPO/call center outbound sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be confident and have strong interpersonal skills to be able to deal with people at all levels
- Strong customer service & handling skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
