Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responding to customer's questions concerning loan process, repayment process and/or loan accounts
- Making repayment reminder calls, escalating and resolving issues related to repayments
- Verification of loan application documents applications in a timely and comprehensive manner
- Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures and service levels to meet customer needs and to ensure quality service at all times.
