Job Description :
- Identifying new stream of business opportunities and en-cashing them on time.
- Evaluating market trends and conducting a competitor's analysis to achieve market share metrics.
- Conceptualizing and driving sales strategies for attainment of periodical Top line and Bottom line targets from primary and secondary markets.
- Developing new & managing existing relationships with the Promoters and other key stakeholders.
- Motivating and training a team of Area Managers on regular basis on product and presentation.
- Mentoring, and guiding the team to ensure sales-business generation and achievement of budgeted figures.
