Roles and Responsibilities of Telemarketing Executives:

- Identifies prospects by reading telephone and zip code directories and other prepared listings.

- Follows up on the leads generated by the Digital Marketing Team till the customer receives their order

- Calls prospective customers and explaining them about the products.

- Influences customers to buy Products by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.

- Completes orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases; referring orders for filling.

- Secures information by completing data base backups.

- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

The Ideal Candidate must have:

- Fluency in Spoken Hindi

- Fluency in Spoken & Written English

- Fluency in Spoken Tamil

- Fluency in other South & North Indian languages will be an added advantage.
