Smart Sewa - Government Business Management/Tendering Role (4-10 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Searching, Sorting, and filling tenders and bids on Government portals Likes CPPP, Eprocure, and State Procurement Sites.
- Prepare presentation, Tender bid documentation, RFP, RFI, RFQ, concept note, Solution architecture, etc. as per the tender/query requirement.
- Interact with clients and gain an understanding of requirements points.
- Developing new clients/government officials by upselling and cross-selling to maintain future association and business relations.
- Ensure right delivery from the Execution/Developers team by providing them Crisp explanation as per the project scope of work and client requirement.
- Conduct market research as per the client's demand.
- Creating project timelines and schedules for implementation.
- Monitoring the project progress by tracking progress, resolving problems, and creating progress reports.
- Provide User training and support to clients.
Required Skill Sets :
- Required at least 2-3 years of experience in government tendering projects.
- Experience in making Presentation, RFP, RFI as per the requirement
- Quick learner and have interpersonal skills.
- Good Communicator in Hindi/English both or any other regional language is advantageous.
- Preferred candidate from the healthcare domain
- Must be ready to travel across Pan India, If needed.
