Job Summary:

As a Field Sales Executive in Mumbai, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the bank's customer base by promoting various banking products and services. You will work directly in the field, engaging with potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Sales Target Achievement :

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for various banking products including loans, credit cards, and investment services.

- Provide accurate information to customers and address their queries effectively.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

- Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular contact with customers.

Reporting:

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the sales manager.

Track customer feedback and market trends to provide insights for product improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

- This is a field-based role requiring travel within the designated area.
