Smart Learning for Kids - Manager/Executive - Sales (0-10 yrs)
- Build and plan the short and long-term strategy for the area assigned and will be able to execute it on the ground.
- Managing the supply function in mapping, tracking, meeting, and delivery of accounts and identifying new opportunities within the area with a focus on market penetration.
- Responsible for ensuring the achievement of the targets given to the team for the area assigned.
- Train, monitor and support the team members within your assigned area.
- Should prepare a plan to accomplish your monthly targets and able to monitor its successful implementation.
- Capable of leading the team by showing them practically to move forward in difficult/adverse situations.
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales strategies so as to ensure desired targets.
- Should be able to present his area performance on short notice.
- Should be capable enough to evaluate the team performance and will be able to take corrective actions to improve team performance.
- Should have good knowledge and contacts in Schools within the assigned area, especially in A & B Category Schools.
- Should be capable enough to present Smart Learning & its products in front of senior management of various Schools.
- Should have a positive attitude with the capability of working under stress and will be number driven.
- Will be capable enough to maintain good relationships with clients so that renewals will take place on a YOY basis.
- Responsible for handling day-to-day operations & submitting a daily report to the management.
