Content Writer Responsibilities :

- As a Content Writer at Smart Interviews, you will get to showcase your expertise in conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.

- Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.

- Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.

- Edit and proofread content for errors and inconsistencies.

- Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.

- Regularly produce various content types, conduct keyword research, and use SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.

- Creating compelling headlines and content that will capture the attention of the target audience.

- Identifying customers- needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.

- Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas

Desired Abilities and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field.

- 1+ years experience in Content-writing. Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus.

- An impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions, and excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.

- A portfolio of published articles.

- A comfortable presence in front of the camera and the ability to present your as well as others' ideas.

Compensation :

- INR 400000 to 500000 per annum, based on the applicant's performance during the interview rounds and experience.

- Hiring Process for Content Writer [1 Week process]

- Round Zero with our HR - 30 mins : A discussion to get to know you, tell you more about us, talking expectations, roles and responsibilities, and past experiences.

- Take-Home Assignment: 24 hours : Point of Focus will be the quality of the content you deliver.

- Round One with the Hiring Manager : 30 mins: Discussion will be focused on company expectations and whether our expectations match yours.

- Round Two with the CEO: 45 mins : We prefer to personally access the cultural fitness of the candidates before being onboarded as we move forward to structure the organization.
