Responsibilities :
1- Develop new Delivery & Outlet Franchisee.
2- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests.
3-Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Sales force, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
4- Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.
5- Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company's products.
6- Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the Company
7- Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate
8- Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts.
9- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations.
10- Daily 1-2 meetings (F2F) with client's onsite.
11- Responsible for reporting daily weekly and monthly performance to Zonal Head
12- Strong negotiation & consultative sales skills.
13- Passionate & highly energetic in his work
14- Exceptional customer service skills.
15- Planning and executing solutions for the Sales
16- Maintaining relationships with distributors by providing information, support and guidance.
