SmaOwl - Manager - Customer Success (0-2 yrs)
- Customer Experience Managers aid in constructing customer's product experience, build an open consistent communication between the trainer and the customer, manage and sustain relationships with the parents.
We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager who possesses a strong drive for results. Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Manager will include a broad range of tasks such as :
- Maintaining ongoing customer trainer relationships and Communication.
- Implementing success programs, contributing to sales, onboarding parents.
- Owning the complete life cycle of the customer engagement.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction at all touchpoints
- Developing and managing customer portfolios.
- Analysing customer data to improve customer experience.
- Adding the parents to the upselling database for the Business development team.
- Taking ownership of the payment pipeline. Successfully closing customer payments.
- Sending out reminders to the customers along with payment links.
Desired abilities :
- Successful candidates must be social, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
- You should also be able to provide insights on customer-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests.
- The ideal Customer Experience Manager should engage with customers, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our customer base.
