SMAAASH - Manager - Marketing (4-6 yrs)
Manager Marketing
1. Driving footfalls and reporting/achieving footfall/walk-in targets as needed at existing centers as communicated by GM Revenues & New Store Opening to achieve daily Gaming and F&B revenue targets, which may include but not limited to
- BTL Campaigns across retail and media etc especially digital as well as through Digital vouchers and infrastructure created to track revenue conversion
- Group attracting Social media campaigns- digital engagement
- Collateral design for Offers and Promotional offer games F&B events and their performance analysis, insighting, creatively brainstorming to arrive at new offers/promotions etc
2. Effective use of No-Cost or Low cost tools
- 100% plus achievement of promo offer targets by game analysis/consumer profiling - behavior and to consistently improve and upgrade to higher revenue from high qualified/profiles
- Generating qualified target segment footfalls/walkins to achieve Spend per pax revenue targets for games & F&B
3. Center wise area wise Game performance analysis, promotional offer design & creatives execution and tracking for successful revenue target achievement
4. Execute programs for B2C and B2B( parties etc) consumer engaging/footfall generating, revenue target achievement through effective Brand visibility at centers & digital touch points to increase game wise revenues / advertising & sponsorship revenues
5. Achieve separate revenue targets given by GM revenues for new initiatives like Revenue such as CHS activation, football clubs, leagues, events, competition in Gaming & F&B
6. Understand and execute activities aimed at better customer understanding for better customer relationship
7. Create catchment-wise, center-wise and at brand/club level Sports based & Non-Sports (Food & Music) events
