SM/DGM - Sales - Telecom (10-15 yrs)
Job Requirement:
- Work as a Solutions and BD expert for IoT Team.
- Anticipates and identifies complex business needs and recommends solutions to moderately complex problems in International Markets
- Deep Knowledge and hands-on experience on working in IOT.
- Should have implemented/Architect ed at least 2-3 Projects in this space for Customer facing applications.
- Sound knowledge of Technology stack for M2M/IoT Applications and Support Platforms.
- Should be conversant with state of the art technologies in this space and possess the ability to translate.
- Good communication skill and should have done pre-sales solutions role in the IoT/Mobility Support Sales Teams with client meetings and presentations.
- Exposure of working with International Clients / customer
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with customer team on solutions development and proposals.
- Responsible for conceptualizing, building and selling IOT solutions
- Should interface with multiple technology teams in developing solutions/platforms and influence them in creating domain strength.
- Responsible for domain led delivery, account mining for identified accounts and supporting Sales & Pre-Sales in proposals/pursuits/events.
- Conduct Proof of Concept evaluations to implement IoT solutions to demonstrate the ability to meet client objectives.
- Graduate in Engineering Experience: Minimum 8-10 years; Preferably a Post Graduate degree in Business
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Should have a B.E Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications or any relevant, while MBA degree would be an added advantage.
- Should have ~ 8-10 years- experience in Consultative sales for IOT solutions via Channel Sales/B2B/Direct Sales (4+ years- experience of handling channel partners will be an added advantage) in International market
- Sales experience of M2M or IOT Sales & Domain Industry experience will be an added Advantage
- Should understand 3-4 solution Verticals (Smart Cities, Industrial IOT, Connected operations, Connnected worker etc).
- Should have good contacts in the industry (Enterprise Segment) in the relevant geographies in Middle East, Australia, North America, Europe
- Connect with International partners catering to focus markets; understanding of international compliances is an added advantage
- Good understanding of business case building, Financial Modeling & presentation skills at CXO Level is a must.
- Prior Sales experience in working on strict deadlines and delivering targets (Month after Month) is a must.
- Very Good Communications skills (both written & verbal English, Hindi & respective local languages).
- Should have experience in negotiating Large Value business deals.
- Expected that candidate with be well-versed with basic computer & personal productivity tools (MS Office, e-mailing etc)
