Slurrp Farm - Manager - Sales - ECommerce Vertical (0-1 yrs)
We are looking for someone to manage the end to end operations of E-commerce portals (Amazon, BigBasket, Firstcry etc) and our own company website which will further grow this segment:
- Lead coordination with E-commerce partners, including selecting activation programs, submitting item listing, managing contracts, and deductions
- Monitoring competitors websites and keeping himself updated about latest trends in the E-Commerce business which leads to offering innovative and unique products for our company website.
- Looking after timely order fulfilment and shipping with right shipping cost and pricing.
- Efficient PO Management - Managing Purchase Orders coming from Amazon etc and making sure fulfillment of POs on time
- Possessing excellent Vendor Development and Vendor Management skills.
- Creating Listings and Content on marketplaces for new launches and existing revisions
- Capable of handling sales on various online marketplaces.
- Following up with the listing team for timely uploads of the products on the websites.
- Handling customer service and escalations from Customers.
