Slintel - Sales Development Director (1-10 yrs)
Slintel is an early-stage startup that helps companies prospect better and scale faster by providing lead intelligence and sales enablement support. We optimize top of funnel activities and deliver meeting ready leads.
The Sales Development Manager / Director will have to run sales development for clients end to end. Other responsibilities include relationship management, account growth, hiring & training resources. Breaking this down, the role consists of:
- Sales Development Activities
- Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders
- Gathering data intel and launching outbound campaigns
- Work on templates to improve response rates (this one is important - you'll need to be a decent writer as it's extremely critical to this role)
- Marketing activities such as launching email campaigns
- Generating content (blog posts, LinkedIn messages, emails) working closely with stakeholders
- Identifying marketing channels to launch campaigns
- Metrics reporting to client
- Proposing and deploying process improvement initiatives
- Client Relationship Management
- Managing expectations and building relationships
- Helping clients scale up. Adding more reps. Growing portfolio
- Take ownership of hiring and training new reps for these clients
