Slintel - Manager - Customer Success (4-8 yrs)
Slintel is a fast growing B2B SaaS company in sales tech space. We are funded by top tier VCs, and going after a billion dollar opportunity. At Slintel, we are building a sales development automation platform that can significantly improve outcomes for sales teams, while reducing the number of hours spent on research and outreach.
We are looking for high performing customer success managers to join our team. The customer success manager will be working for our Americas team and will primarily be responsible for retention and upsells for these accounts in North America. We are looking for someone who has customer success experience in this geography, and has consistently been a top performer in prior companies.
Responsibilities :
- Drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed
- Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement
- Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyse customer health metrics, run NPS and gather other feedback
- Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of platform end users, as well as post go-live support
- Identify opportunities for customers to act as Slintel advocates (e.g. testimonials, case studies)
- Collaborate closely with sales to support pilot customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities
- Represent the voice of the customer to inform our sales process and product roadmap
Requirements :
- 4+ years of experience in a customer success role in B2B product companies
- Experience working with North American customers
- Impressive executive presence and communication abilities
- Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a - can do- attitude
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
