SlicePay - Area Manager - Sales (0-2 yrs)
Responsibility
- Hiring, training & managing growth interns from colleges in the assigned area
- Drive the interns to grow the penetration and user base
- Run campaigns and events to grow the visibility of the brand
- Execute sales activities through growth interns as well as agencies and achieve targets
- End to end operations in the area - interact with users, interns, city head
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity Identify sales prospects.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate.
- 0-1 years of experience in operations/sales.
Skills Required
- Understands basic financials terms, working of an NBFC.
- Networking/Marketing skills.
- Strong communication skills and follow-up.
- Target oriented outlook and approach
- Effective analytical skills, with the ability to apply structured thinking and logic to your work and provide solutions to challenges
