SleepyHead - Customer Support Role - Chat/Email Process (0-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Identifying clients, presenting the concept, explaining its values and benefits and executing orders, adhering to target limits.
- One should be able to convince an existing client.
- Be quick & specific to the customer needs
- Maintaining periodic status reports, activity reports, and calls/ follow-ups reports on daily Basis.
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
- Should be able to work with a Team.
- Provide timely resolution on the chat & mail
- Coordinating with operation team to ensure the timely response to inquiries.
- The candidate should be able to understand the client & current mood of enquiry or complaints and work on resolving them Quickly.
Qualification & Responsibilities :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with MS Office
- Academic Degree in any stream
- Good knowledge on written English
- Should be proficient in mail interaction & chat window
- Worked in chat process in BPO will be added advantage
