Job Role and Responsibilities :
This position is for the role of Operations and Support for Fulfilment Partners.
a- Day to day Aggregator data Management
- On-boarding of Partners on Aggregator Platform like Swiggy/Zomato/MagicPin/dotpay and others
- Data gathering and processing
- Day-to-day Catalogue management
- POS and Catalogue update
- Coordination on various documentation required for On-boarding
- Maintaining brand app catalogue and integration.
Job Requirements (Soft Skills) :
- Good communications (Written, Verbal and Mail Communications)
- Good Computer skills over Mail, Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT
- Decent interpersonal skills with team handling experience
Management and Technical Skills :
- Knowledge of project management of business cases
- Experience in co-ordinations and handling quick queries would be great
- Time management skills and experience in handling multiple stakeholders
- A minimum experience of 1-2 years in aggregator management (Catalogue, listing and related jobs) Role would be advantageous.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Qualifications would be a Graduate in Finance/Engineering domain. MBA would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge on project management tool will be advantageous
