Slay Coffee - Manager - Creative/Marketing (3-5 yrs)
This position is for a new brand of DropKaffe called SLAY Coffee.
We are looking for a talented and motivated Creative Manager to lead our company's creative department. The successful candidate must possess excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to maximize the talents of their team.
Responsibilities:
1. As the Creative Manager you will be responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the creative communications, design, photography and social media teams.
2. As the Creative Manager, you will work closely with the designing and marketing department to deliver engaging content that promotes the brand positively.
3. Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
4. Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
5. Work on identifying proactive growth plans
6. Work on creating targets for the creative product in terms of engagement/shares/sales
7. Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
8. Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. You should be extremely creative, dedicated, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proven experience as a Creative Manager or in a similar creative role
3. 3 - 5 years of design experience at digital agencies/ fashion/food/ media companies.
4. 3+ years of experience of managing a team.
5. Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
6. A minimum of 3 years- digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social and emerging technologies.
7. Have an in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel models.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:
- Graduation/Post-graduation in any field related to marketing/mass communication/ designing.
