Area Sales Manager- ABSR Gujarat
Introduction :
- Required area sales manager for a distribution firm for the mobile accessories and smart watches business. Must have the knowledge to make Micro Distributors below the company. The company is the super stockist of one of the most reputed brand in the wearable and audio segment.
-Work-
- Identifying, appointing and managing the distributor on a day to day basis.
- Responsible for the secondary of the company on a daily basis.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
- Manage and improve relationships with distributors, Large Format Retailers (LFR), and other partners.
- Manage the end-to-end process of claim management, working closely with internal teams and partners for resolution.
- Utilize advanced data analysis and reporting tools, preferably MS Excel, to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights.
-Qualifications:-
- MBA/Masters in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- Must have an experience of minimum 5+ years in Smart watches and mobile accessories segment with a reputed brand/distributor.
- Proven experience in sales management roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Extensive knowledge of market trends, consumer electronics industry, and distribution channels.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
