Skypro Technologies - Customer Support Role (0-2 yrs)
- Good English communication skills
- Knowledge on End-To-End IT Life-Cycle
- Providing warranty-based support on-field for the customers or user of Desktop/Laptop
- Diagnose computer hardware (Desktop/Laptop/A.I. O PC) for faulty hardware.
- Provide solution to user/customer by promptly identifying the right hardware component required to be added or replaced to overcome the defect
- Capable to rightly replace all the required hardware components of the Desktop/Laptop/PC
- Proficient in using various OEM defined Tool-Kits for servicing/repairing the Desktop/laptop
- Superior interactive skills to communicate with client and customer teams, for understanding their service demands
- Expertise in customer relationship matters and proficient managerial skills
- Field support mandatory - Engineers shall be required to travel to assigned customer sites/locations and provide service support (onsite)
- Should have a long-time career-oriented goal to work for this demand in our organization.
