Job description:
- Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
- Analyze consumer needs, current market trends and assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
- Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they are successful achieved
- Responsible for specific business development activities for nurturing the business network of the company through analyzing the strength of the business channel.
- Responsible for ensuring that the team is working on the basis of the target that allocated to the team and they have a monthly plan for their achievement.
- Responsible to track the activities of team and properly monitor their work and variations from the actual plan. Ensure that the team is always keeping the monthly plan.
Required Candidate profile :
- Any graduates with good communication skill
- Should have experience in sales/business development
