Job Description : Account Executive
Skydo, an Elevation Capital-backed venture, is looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team. This role will report to the Head of Sales and will be responsible for selling Skydo's cross-border payment solutions to prospective and existing customers worldwide. The Account executive will have sales quotas for onboarded and transacting customers.
Role :
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quota objectives, driving revenue, expanding market share, and acting as a lead generator in business development.
- Set qualified appointments with new customers to address their challenges and business needs.
- Conduct product demos for prospects to convert them to "Ready to Onboard (RTO)" customers and follow up to onboard them.
- Ensure sales targets are met without mis-selling or spamming complaints. Track sales productivity via account mapping, call planning, and CRM tools.
- Give feedback to the demand generation team on lead quality based on the sales funnel and feedback from prospects/customers.
Qualification & Skills :
- Strong academic record with 0-4 years of experience in B2B sales or related domains.
- Good to have - Experience with CRM and customer funnel management in B2B. Preferred sectors - financial services, SaaS / Software
- Sales DNA (target orientation), attention to detail and execution focus
- Understands customer requirements, enjoys building trust-based relationships
- Excellent English communication skills, persuasiveness, and interpersonal skills
Location : Bangalore (in-office) Mon-Fri, with occasional travel
