Role Description

- This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Trainer.

- The Sales Trainer's day-to-day tasks will be to provide Sales training, design training programs, build training curriculum and conduct training needs analysis.

- The Sales Trainer will also design and execute programs that are intended to accelerate the development of the entire sales force to meet current and future business objectives.

- Additionally, the Sales Trainer will design, develop and implement sales training programs in both the global and national sales teams.

Qualifications :

- Presentation Skills and Communication Skills.

- Experience in Sales Trainings and Training & Development.

- Experience in customer service.

- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.

- Relevant experience in training and development, or sales leadership.

- Industry certifications such as the CPTM, CPLP or equivalent are a plus.
