Role : Business Development Executive /Sr. Business Development Executive
Responsibilities :
- Take prospects from the initial contact phase to the qualified phase over the phone.
- Present product solutions virtually.
- Generate revenue by counseling prospects and converting them to sales.
- Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals.
- Respond quickly to assigned leads. (No cold calling targets)
- Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
- Use and become an expert on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Requirements :
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (marketing).
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Tele-Sales / Educational Sales.
- Candidates from B2C sales experience only will be considered.
- Excellent written and spoken English & can speak Hindi.
- Good negotiation and pitching skills required. The incumbent should have experience in selling products/services with a minimum ticket size of INR 30,000 or higher.
- Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up.
- Ed-tech experience is an added advantage.
- Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mindset.
- Customer focus with a good convincing ability and confident personality.
Work schedule :
- Office timings are 11 am - 9 pm with one hour break.
- Six-day working with one weekly off. Weekly off will be on weekdays only. Sat-Sun are workdays.
- Four hours of daily talk time.
- Positions are open at our Delhi and Bangalore offices.

- Average ticket size to be 30k and above
- Upto 7 LPA
