SkilloVilla - Manager - Business Development (2-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop PAN India collaboration with Colleges/Universities/Teaching Institutions etc. organically.
- Tying up/Collaborating with Colleges/Universities officially to promote events/workshops/activities and subsequently increasing enrollments.
- Tying up/Collaborating with different entities to increase working professional user base.
- Responsible for P&L driven decisions for the assigned channel & End-to-end ownership of the channel.
- Leadership, problem solving, impressive communication skills to lead and manage a team of 3-4 people.
- Fair understanding and skills to open unstructured demand channels.
- Strong Negotiation and deal closing abilities.
Primary responsibilities include :
- Visioning, brand development, college/university reach-outs for various activities and on-boarding,
- Exploring new avenues for partnership with working professional catering agencies/organizations etc.
- Cold-reach outs through LinkedIn and other channels,
- Improving organic presence in personal networks, curating low budget with best output influencers etc.
- Understanding the whole journey of efforts being made and infer conclusions about the success/failure of the same.
- Drive product penetration and sale volume among customers through innovative strategy.
Requirements :
- Bachelors/Masters from top colleges.
- 2-4 years of total work experience, especially in Business Development domain.
- General Business Development & deal closing experience contributing to the P&L for a business.
- Has relentless focus, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask while working in a highly charged environment.
- Proven ability to work in ambiguous situations in a fast growing start-up.
- Experience in developing and leading high performance teams.
- Ex-Entrepreneurs/Immediate joiners a plus.
