Content Head
We are looking for creative Content Head to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing skills. As a Content manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented.
Responsibilities :
- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout
- Create and publish engaging content
- Edit, proofread and improve writers- posts
- Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board
Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
- Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience's attention.
Key Skills Required :
- Knowledge of current techniques and procedures used in the design & development of K-12 curriculum.
- Good computer (Microsoft office) and presentation skills, Visualization skills will be an advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written; research, develop, present, and promote projects; work independently; prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to create effective assessment and testing mechanisms to showcase student skill growth.
- Ability to manage budget and personnel
- Demonstrate use of appropriate and effective techniques to encourage school ecosystem and parent involvement.
- Considerable knowledge of current technology, trends, and developments in the field.
- Ability to mentor and train new team members, ability to hold high standards while also offering support and maintaining positive relationships.
- Plan the necessary time, resources, and materials to support accomplishments of learning goals.
