SkillForge - Academic Counsellor (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation to identify potential customers and opportunities
- Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel to convert them into paying customers
- Educate potential customers (Students) on the benefits and features of our range of products
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing and potential customers
- Manage and update customer information and sales activity in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company updates and sales techniques
Requirements :
- Proven inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience using a CRM system to manage sales activities
- Familiarity with sales techniques and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred
