Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by selling our online courses and study materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, email outreach, social media, etc.).
- Present and promote SkillSharp 365's courses and study materials to prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable learning solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Handle inquiries, objections, and feedback to improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online learning platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
